1. OVERVIEW 

Homeopathic Healing Inc. obtains Personal Data from (“Users”), (“Advocates”) and practitioners, professionals, agents, or affiliates thereof that use our Services (“Healthcare Practitioners” and collectively with Users, “you,” or “your”). We do so to connect you to the Platform to enable the usage of our Services. 



2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

The following subsections detail the categories of Personal Data that we collect and have collected. “Personal Data” means any information referred to as “personally identifiable information” or “personal information” under applicable data privacy laws, rules, or regulations. 


a. User

Users are required to provide full name, phone number, email address, and geographical information. Users providing their personal data have access to Mychwg.com’s directory and can book appointments with Healthcare Practitioners on the directory. If a user chooses, they may provide their credit card information when booking with a healthcare practitioner. Users are able to "save" their credit card information for convenience purposes.


b. Advocate

Advocates are subscription members that have access to our directory and our social network service, Materia Faction. Advocates are required to provide a full name, phone number, email address, geographical information, credit card information, billing contact, and billing email.


c. Healthcare Practitioner

Healthcare practitioners are subscription members that have access to our directory, Materia Faction, and our clinic management service; Remport. Healthcare practitioners and are required to provide a full name, phone number, email address, geographical information, credit card information, billing contact, and a billing email. Healthcare practitioners are also required to provide certain types of business data which are public in nature such as professional registration numbers. 


d. Communication with us

If you express an interest in obtaining additional information about our Services, are looking to contact us for any type of support and or use our “Contact Us” portal or similar features within our Services, we may require that you provide additional data such as your name, job title, name of company associated with, address, phone number, email address. If you communicate with us via phone call, we may record the call for quality assurance purposes in accordance with applicable laws. If you visit our offices, you may be required to register as a visitor and provide additional personal data including (without limitation) your name, email address, phone number, name of company associated with, and date of arrival.


e. Events

Canadian Homeopathy Wellness Group facilitates events that will require attendees to provide additional personal data including email address, phone number, and name of company associated with.


f. Other

If you provide us, our service providers or our affiliates with any Personal Data relating to other individuals, you represent that you have the authority to do so, and where required, have obtained the necessary consent, and acknowledge that it may be used in accordance with this Privacy Statement. If you believe that your Personal Data has been provided to us improperly or want to exercise your rights relating to your Personal Data, please contact us. 


g. Information that we collect automatically

As is true of most websites, our platform uses cookies and other browser-based technologies to gather certain information automatically when individual users visit our websites. This information is used to analyze overall trends, help us provide and improve our Site, offer a tailored experience for all Users, and secure and maintain our Site. a. Products and Services

Our use of Personal Data relates to the facilitation, maintenance, and execution of our Services, including but not limited to our relationship with our Users, Advocates, and Healthcare Practitioners.


Remport

·        We use Personal Data for the creation of Clinic Profiles (a feature of Remport). We ensure you that all the Personal Data collected is to be used directly for Profile purposes and whatever information we hold on to is for business relationship maintaining purposes only. 

 

All Services and Platform Users

·         The Personal Data we obtain from our users is strictly used for identification purposes and any type of relationship building/maintaining between the users and us, users and the Platform, and the users and Services; including but not limited to any type of event promotion, e-mail communication, mail communication, advertising and marketing and any other Services we may offer in the future. If in the event more Services are offered by us, this policy will be updated with the most up-to-date privacy practices. 


b. Marketing and event-related communications

If you elect to receive such communications, we may send you email marketing communications about Canadian Homeopathy Wellness Group and all its affiliates' Services and Products, invite you to events, ask you to fill out surveys, or otherwise communicate with you for marketing purposes in accordance with applicable law(s). For example, outside of e-mail communication, we may acquire your business contact information through in-person events and/or we may use the information to follow-up with you regarding other events, provide you information about Services we offer that relate to the nature of the event, and only with your permission include you on any future marketing information campaigns.


c. Advertising 

When you provide any form of Personal Data to us, the Personal Data collected from you may be used for "internet-based marketing," which includes direct ads of our Services to you through cookies (or similar technologies). We do not advertise to third parties through any of our marketing practices; this includes products categorized as medicine (homeopathic, naturopathic, allopathic, or anything classified as medicine within applicable law), and Healthcare Practitioners that may or may not use our Services. If you attend our events, any advertising of Healthcare Practitioners that are involved will be orchestrated by them and themselves only through their own business advertising practices. We do not own, share, or collaborate with the marketing & advertising of Healthcare Practitioners outside of our Services. 

We do however use affiliate marketing within our Services for the sole benefit of all our users. 


d. Social Media Features

Our services may use social media features, such as the "Tweet" button and other sharing widgets ("Social Media Features”). Social Media Features may allow you to post information about your activities on our website to outside platforms and social networks. Social Media Features may also allow you to like or highlight information we have posted on our Site or our branded social media pages. Social Media Features are either hosted by each respective platform or hosted directly on our website. Your interactions with Social Media Features are governed by the privacy policies of the companies providing them. 



4. HOW WE DISCLOSE PERSONAL DATA

Canadian Homeopathy Wellness Group does not currently sell or rent your Personal Data to any affiliates, related companies, partners, or third parties that may or may not be involved or associated with us. We will only share your Personal Data, if necessary, with entities we trust or if required by a court of competent jurisdiction.


a. Corporate transactions

If we enter a transaction that alters the structure of our business, such as reorganization, merger, joint venture, change of control, or other disposition of our business assets or portions, your Personal Data may be transferred in connection to such events.


b. Compliance and harm prevention

If we believe it to be necessary in our sole and absolute discretion, we will share your Personal Data to comply with applicable law, to enforce our contractual rights, to protect the right, privacy, safety, and property of Homeopathic Healing Inc, you, or other Users; and to respond to any requests from courts, law enforcement agencies, regulatory agencies, and any other public and Canadian government authorities.

Our websites and services are not directed at individuals under the age of fourteen (14), and we request that they do not provide their Personal Data through the Services and Platform.
